Prince Harry is opening up about the beautiful, messy, and emotional rollercoaster of fatherhood!
The Duke of Sussex recently teamed up with MasterClass for a deeply personal new series called Redefining Grief: Building Resilience Through Loss. While the class focuses heavily on how he navigated the tragic loss of his mother, Princess Diana, Harry also shared some incredibly sweet moments about his own children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
During the class, Harry revealed the heartwarming story behind one of his absolute favorite photos of his kids. The candid image, which Meghan Markle previously shared on Instagram, shows Archie and Lilibet walking hand-in-hand through a tidal pool.
“I love this photo. I took this photo,” Harry proudly shared. “This was just before Archie’s birthday. The two of them, brother and sister, at peace with each other in nature, fills my heart.”
This sweet family update comes just days after Meghan Markle shared a rare home video featuring Princess Lilibet’s adorable voice. It is clear that despite the ongoing royal drama and their recent move back to the U.K., Harry and Meghan are prioritizing their children’s happiness above all else.
Harry also got incredibly honest about the challenges of being a dad. “I wish I’d known how hard being a father was going to be. But I wouldn’t change it for the world,” he admitted.
To make sure he is always present for his family, the 42-year-old royal revealed his strict “10-day rule.” No matter where his charity work takes him, Harry refuses to spend more than 10 days away from Meghan and the kids.
It is so inspiring to see Harry breaking generational cycles and being such a hands-on, devoted father.
