Robert was a familiar and deeply loved face for soap opera fans everywhere. He first captured hearts in 1987 as Sam Fowler on Another World. However, his career truly skyrocketed in 1992 when he took over the iconic role of Bo Brady on Days of Our Lives.
His incredible portrayal of Bo earned him massive praise, including the prestigious Soap Opera Digest Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in 1994. Fans absolutely adored his on-screen chemistry with co-stars Kristian Alfonso and Lisa Rinna. In fact, Robert and Lisa were even named “Hottest Couple” at the 1995 Soap Opera Digest Awards!
