Paris Jackson Demands $600M From Michael Jackson’s Estate Trust!

The drama surrounding the King of Pop’s massive fortune just took a shocking new turn! Paris Jackson is officially taking her late father’s estate to court, and she is demanding a jaw-dropping $600 million.

According to explosive new legal documents, the 28-year-old singer and actress is asking a Los Angeles judge to force the executors of Michael Jackson’s estate to transfer the funds into a family trust. The trust was originally set up for Paris and her two brothers, Prince and Bigi.

But here is the wild part: Paris claims that more than 17 years after her father’s tragic death in 2009, the family trust remains completely unfunded!

Despite the estate generating billions of dollars from massive business deals—including the $22 million sale of Neverland Ranch and a $750 million music catalog deal with Sony—Paris says she and her siblings are still waiting for their rightful inheritance.

Under Michael’s original estate plan, his children were supposed to start receiving income from their trust shares at age 21, with larger payouts at 30, 35, and 40. With Prince turning 30 early next year, the clock is definitely ticking.

However, the estate’s executor, John Branca, is fighting back. The estate claims that unresolved tax issues are preventing them from fully funding the trust right now. They also fired back by stating that over $200 million has already been distributed for the benefit of the kids over the years.

Hollywood legal battles over family money are always incredibly messy. Just recently, fans were shocked when Halle Berry demanded sole custody of her son Maceo amid a bitter legal war with her ex-husband. But when it comes to a billion-dollar empire like Michael Jackson’s, the stakes are higher than ever.

Paris is reportedly tired of the delays and feels the executors are keeping an “iron grip” on the family’s money.
